How does auto-renewal work?

WooCommerce Payment Plans offer automatic renewal for all new orders. When you place a new order, your payment info will be securely saved by our payment provider.

7 days before the expiration date of your license, we will send you an email to remind you when and how much we will charge for the auto-renewal. We will also send an email to confirm that the automatic renewal charge was successful.

I’m an existing customer, have I been opt-ed into auto-renewal?

If you purchased Payment Plans for WooCommerce Subscriptions, automatic renewal will be applied to your next purchase.
