1. Go to WooCommerce > Payment Plans and then select and cancel the payment plan.
2. Open the parent order and click Refund before manually calculating and inputing the total refund amount and confirming the action.

Note: Your customers cannot cancel a payment plan themselves unless you code this functionality yourself.
